Interesting facts about me

Well I don't know how interesting this is but,
I am a retired school bus driver of 35 years. I am a mom to four adult children and six grandchildren. I love playing on computer and have several web sites.
I love crafting and have done many different crafts through the years, right now I am taking a break from it as I'm crafted out. Would like to get into card making though.

Groovy quotes

Look for the perfect mistakes. People are like tea
bags - you have to put them in hot water before you know how
strong they are.

Jefferson was not only a good president, he was a real intellectual and while not everyone would agree that Roosevelt was a great president, he turned this country around when it badly needed to be turned. Both Roosevelt and Jefferson had...

    In My Eyes
As A school bus driver, I sometimes get rewards I'm the very first one to say hello to that new little K student. As they wait at the bus stop so excited ready to take on this new adventure. There legs barely able to reach that first step on the bus. some of them to scared to even speak. That soon changes, when they reach third and fourth grades It's hard to keep them quiet!
AS they reach fifth and sixth grades they for some unknown...
  4. Lengends of the Maine Coon Cat

    10/25/08 12:31:46 | 0 Comments

The State of Maine 200 years ago was particularly suited for development of the cat now known as the Maine Coon Cat. In those colonial times trade flourished with ships sailing to Europe and beyond. The return trip to England or Europe from Boston, Massachusetts was downwind to Maine, and "Downeast Maine" is an old seafaring term. When ships put into port for repair with Maine's magnificent timbers, cats jumped ship. Shipboard cats were common for rodent...
